We are currently recruiting for a Treasurer.

The Treasurer is responsible for leading the group’s treasury function, on a day to day/month to month basis and aligning to the annual calendar of finance requirements, ensuring that the group remains financially viable, well-governed, and compliant with the Welsh Government’s Regulatory Standards for RSLs in Wales.

With over 6,000 homes in management, a number of subsidiaries and a highly ambitious development programme, the Treasurer will ensure that the group’s financial management supports strategic growth, investment, and sustainability in line with the organisation’s social purpose.

This role will require a proactive approach seeking out opportunities for the function to add further value within the organisation, deliver an outstanding customer and colleague experience and drive Valleys to Coast forward as a community landlord and employer of choice.

As an equal opportunities employer, Valleys to Coast is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and does not condone discrimination on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership. We aspire to have a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourage suitably qualified applicants from a wide range of backgrounds to apply and join Valleys to Coast.

Valleys to Coast reserves the right to close the job role earlier than the specified closing date if sufficient applications have been received. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as reasonably practicable. We look forward to hearing from you.
