Our client, a reputable and well-established premium main dealership in Yeovil, is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Duties:
- Providing proactive and professional customer service at all times
- Scheduling vehicles for servicing, maintenance, or repairs
- Arranging courtesy vehicles where necessary
- Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Invoicing work completed and processing payments
- Working towards company targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Supporting the team in achieving operational excellence
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to dealership management systems
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and effectively
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards personal and professional development
