Duties:
- Diagnose and complete mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
- Manage your own workload and schedule appointments independently
- Conduct repairs in accordance with company standards and industry best practices
- Complete all necessary documentation and administrative tasks associated with vehicle servicing
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professional communication
- Ensure all work is performed safely and to legal and company requirements
Candidate Specification:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or within a main dealer setting is highly desirable
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Reliable, with a proactive approach to customer service
- Full driving licence is essential, as the role involves mobile servicing across designated areas
