As the Senior Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality repairs and performance upgrades, ensuring customer satisfaction across a varied range of vehicles.

Duties:
- Repair and maintain a diverse range of vehicles
- Fit performance upgrades including exhausts, brakes, and superchargers
- Tune and remap vehicles to optimise engine performance
- Advise customers regarding repair and service times
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of work
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the workshop environment
Candidate Specification:
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician, with a background in performance upgrades preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle tuning and remapping processes
- Full UK driving licence
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Preferably experienced in working within a prestige or performance-oriented environment, although training will be provided where necessary
