Our client, a reputable family-run automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their well-established bodyshop team. As a key member of the workshop, the Paint Sprayer will play an integral role in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Perform all paint spraying tasks to the highest standards, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Complete assigned jobs within the prescribed paint times and meet productivity targets
- Safeguard customer vehicles and contents while in the workshop
- Interpret and follow technical instructions and paint mixing schemes accurately
- Use all relevant equipment and drying zones efficiently for repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards upon vehicle completion
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if work instructions are unclear or inaccurate
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet operational goals
Candidate Specification:
- Ideally qualified as a Paint Sprayer with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Alternatively, strong time-served experience as a Paint Sprayer will be considered
- Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
- Motivated, dependable, and a team player
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a busy environment
- Candidates with ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous but are not essential
