We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Assistant Service Manager in Wimbledon. Duties of the Assistant Service Manager include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assisting in managing and motivating the service team to meet operational targets
- Supporting the Senior Service Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain service standards
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and resolving issues efficiently
- Contributing to maintaining a positive and professional working environment
- Assisting in training and mentoring service advisors and technicians as required
- Ensuring compliance with automotive industry regulations and company policies
Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience within a main dealership environment, ideally as a Master Technician, Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- An understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations

- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively
