Key duties:
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and vehicle repairs using state-of-the-art equipment
- Fault finding and rectification on complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Execute vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Lead technical troubleshooting initiatives and mentor junior technicians
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent service
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in vehicle diagnostics and repairs, either within a dealership or independent garage setting
- Proven expertise with vehicle electrical systems, ECUs, and diagnostic tools
- Strong mechanical skills with keen attention to detail
- High-level problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
