As Director - Student Services, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to student success & wellbeing, you'll lead a passionate team and drive innovation across all three campuses, ensuring every student feels supported, heard, and inspired.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Champion student enrichmentand create vibrant, inclusive experiences that go beyond the classroom
- Lead the student voicestrategy, ensuring learners are active participants in shaping their college journey.
- Oversee the Student Services teamand functions, continuously enhancing the quality and impact of our support services.
- To lead careerseducation, advice, and guidance, empowering students with the skills and confidence to thrive in life and work
- To develop and led the tutorial programme .
