Summary

We are seeking a strong, decisive Programme Manager to take ownership of a complex global programme, working closely with the Programme Director to deliver strategic change initiatives. This role focusses on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer Investment Management, ensuring promotional strategies and customer engagement models are effectively implemented across systems and processes.

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in office
Duration: initially till 31/12/2026
Rate: up to £900pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary change lead, driving adoption and ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director and senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Lead initiatives around customer investment strategies, including promotional offers and client engagement models.
• Champion best practices for serving clients and improving customer experience.
• Oversee delivery of a complex global project, ensuring governance, readiness, and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
• Strong understanding of Customer Investment Management and promotional strategies.
• Ability to operate in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels.
