Summary

HSE Facilitator - initial 3-month Contract (Part-time or Full-time)

Rate of pay - around £22ph - negotiable

Dumfries, Scotland

We are looking for a practical HSE Facilitator to provide contract cover at a manufacturing site in Dumfries. This role is about maintaining day to day Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and keeping the basics in good order on site.

The initial contract is 3 months, paying around £20 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. Full time hours are preferred, however part time working of 3 to 5 days per week will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining site procedures and work instructions

• Managing Risk Assessments and PPE assessments

• Maintaining environmental and hazardous waste records

• Acting as COSHH point of contact and keeping COSHH records up to date

• Collating month end HSE data and reports

• Delivering essential site HSE training including inductions, Manual Handling, Hazard Awareness and LOTO

What we are looking for

• Previous HSE coordination or administration experience

• Manufacturing or industrial site experience

• Comfortable working fully onsite

• Reliable and able to step in quickly with minimal handover
