What You’ll DoAs a Teaching Assistant with Thrive, you will:Support pupils’ learning and development in mainstream, SEND and alternative provision settingsWork collaboratively with teachers and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environmentDeliver targeted support to individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their potentialHelp uphold high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all learnersBring empathy, patience and adaptability to every interaction

Desirable but not essential:Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)Experience in SEN / SEMH or alternative provision settings
