Summary
To hold a portfolio of departments and services across the organisation and work closely with leaders to provide the highest level of strategic HR business partner diagnostic support, advice, guidance, and input, and use extensive HR expertise to Deliver HR people solutions for specific business areas. Develop evidence-based thinking to shape the profession or drive people change. Influence and create long-term value for a significant number of people. Drive and develop robust plans and strategies. Manage and support projects and initiatives, and associated transformation. Lead the development of cultural standards and best practice. Inform and make high-impact decisions. Provide decisive and effective leadership to team in line with the councils Vision and Values and Leadership Qualities that enables them to do their best work resulting in high levels of people and organisational performance.
