About the role
Source Supply are looking for a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Worksop. The role is required to cover across all year groups. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to enhance learning, deliver targeted interventions, and help create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can succeed.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
