About the role
Source Supply are seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to support Year 6 pupils in preparation for SATs at our welcoming primary school in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils through targeted interventions, small group work and one-to-one support, helping to boost confidence and progress in core subjects.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working in a primary school, ideally in KS2
• Be confident supporting English and Maths
• Be patient, encouraging and able to motivate pupils
• Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
• Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
• Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
• Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
• Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
