Summary
Creative Support is looking to recruit a Digital Training Administrator to join our vibrant Creative Academy within the Learning & Development Department at our Head Office in Stockport.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Business Manager, Head of Learning, and the wider Creative Academy team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, promotion and administration of training for internal staff and external clients. You will be the first point of contact for training enquiries and provide high‑quality administrative, digital and customer service support to learners, trainers and colleagues across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Digital Learning and Creative Academy teams
• Managing course bookings, updating Learning Pool and maintaining accurate training records
• Supporting the setup of training rooms and digital resources including laptops, presentations and media
• Preparing training reports, development updates and costing information
• Promoting training opportunities internally and externally through digital platforms and marketing materials
• Supporting trainers with course materials and maintaining central digital resources
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the Creative Academy website, bulletins and social media content
• Acting as a key liaison point between Learning & Development and other Head Office departments
• Taking minutes at Learning & Development meetings and supporting key internal projects
• Supporting the implementation and use of new digital systems and software
The successful candidate will be highly organised and detail-focused, with strong digital skills and a passion for learning and development. You must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in supporting people to learn, grow, and develop.
