Job Title: Production MIG Welder
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 13:00 (40 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Production MIG Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled welder with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality welded components. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform MIG welding to a high standard, ensuring strong, accurate, and clean welds.
* Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to complete welding tasks with precision.
* Ensure all welding work meets quality standards, ensuring the best results for every part.
* Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Use basic IT systems for job tracking, updating work progress, and checking specifications.
* Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet both internal and customer quality standards.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a MIG welder in a production environment.
* Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Basic IT literacy for recording job progress, updating specifications, and tracking tasks.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
