Crynodeb
As a Skin Cancer Support Administrator you will play a pivotal role as a member of the Skin Cancer Team, working closely with nursing and medical colleagues to support the administrative aspects of the service. The post holder will provide essential support to the specialist nursing service, ensuring effective clinical management of patients with skin cancer.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the skin cancer service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Trust policies
Patient Care and Support:
• Contribute to aspects of direct care delivery under supervision.
• Assess patient and carer needs and provide general information, help, and support.
• Ensure patients and carers receive holistic, multi-faceted support throughout their care journey.
Communication and Coordination:
• Facilitate effective communication across the Trust, Primary Care, and with statutory and voluntary agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate sharing of patient information to support coordinated care.
Overall you will support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.
