Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a reliable, motivated, and organised individual to join our well-established administrative and nursing team atNorthwick Park Renal Centre,a busy satellite haemodialysis unit inHarrow.

The post holder will provide routine administrative support to the unit. Duties will include booking patient transport, arranging clinic appointments, ordering supplies, and using Trust IT systems to maintain accurate records. The role also involves filling, and data entry. The post holder will work under supervision and in close collaboration with the clinical team to support the effective day to day running of the service.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in administration, ideally within the healthcare setting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software. Familiarity with patient record systems is highly desirable, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should be able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

This position is full-time, with hours from Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.
