Summary
Biomedical Application Specialist
An opportunity is now available for a Biomedical scientist, with an interest and knowledge of medical/diagnostic equipment and processes.
The Application Specialist will be based in Central London, at a newly formed, innovative healthcare provider, who have a focus on improving preventative healthcare, using full body scans and AI powered insights.
Major Accountabilities
- The Application Specialist is responsible for providing onsite assay implementation, application support and application troubleshooting
- The delivery of customer operator training and coaching onsite and in training facilities.
- Perform new instrument and assay implementations through Test of Record (TOR)
- Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching
Skills & Experience
- Medical technology/equipment experience is preferred
- Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references
- Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
- Strong communication skills
- Technical expert for product line responsibility
- Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software
- Previous NHS or equivalent experience preferred
Education
- Bachelors degree in Biomedical Science/Engineering or equivalent
