What Will You Be Doing

As our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:

• Manage costs and budgets for capital projects, including housing regeneration and development schemes.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
• Ensure projects deliver value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Who Are We Looking For?

We want someone who is:
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering excellence.
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptable and ready to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Experience We’d Like You to Have:
• Previous experience in quantity surveying, ideally within housing, construction, or local authority projects.
• Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts.
• Experience in budget management, cost planning, and procurement.

Key Skills:
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant software and IT systems.
