In this role, you will: Inspire and develop the next generation of doctors by leading high-quality paediatric teaching. Deliver engaging learning through bedside teaching, simulation, clinical skills, and classroom sessions. Ensure patient safety by supervising students closely and embedding national standards in practice. Provide guidance, feedback, and pastoral support to medical students during their placements. Play a key role in assessing learners, supporting progression, and addressing professionalism concerns. Contribute to curriculum development and bring innovation to paediatric education. Collaborate with senior clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to integrate teaching into everyday care. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating learner feedback and shaping future programmes.
