Summary

A Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager plays a strategic role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding the organisation’s market presence. The role combines sales leadership, account management, and strategic planning to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

The individual is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. This includes understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing commercial relationships.

The role involves developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. This includes market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the industry. The Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager is also responsible for negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to maximise profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
