Summary
For aspiring Shop Managers & Area Managers we have a structured, competency-based development tool, focused on supporting individuals to develop confidence and skills in all areas of their role, including online, internal and external training.

Retail Sales Supervisor – Fakenham, NR21 9BX
Part-Time - 14 hours per week, worked as 2 days over a 6 day working week
Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis
Permanent Contract
£12.21 per hour

The role:
• Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
• Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
• Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
• In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
