Your Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual needs
  • Support pupils with EHCPs and additional challenges
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • SEN experience or a genuine passion to learn
  • Resilience, creativity, and strong behaviour management skills
