Accounts Assistant – LS7 (Just Outside Leeds City Centre)**
Our client, a fast‑paced and thriving sales office, is looking for an **Accounts Assistant** to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger
- Raise invoices and process outgoing payments
- Communicate with clients via email and telephone
- Chase late payments and reconcile company accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Create new customer accounts
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide the accounts team with relevant information
**Requirements**
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in accounting or a related field (preferred but not essential)
