Summary

Lleoliad gwaith: Mochdre, Abergele

Ydych chi’n chwilio am swydd sicr sy’n dod â boddhad, lle cewch chi’r holl hyfforddiant a chefnogaeth angenrheidiol? Rydym yn chwilio am bobl i ymuno â’n tîm i fod yn Yrwyr Gwasanaethau’r Ganolfan Swmpio. Dyma gyfle ichi chwarae rhan allweddol wrth gadw ein cymunedau’n lân ac yn ddiogel.

Nid oes angen unrhyw brofiad yn y maes - fe ddarparwn ni’r holl hyfforddiant sydd ei angen arnoch i lwyddo. Y cyfan y gofynnwn amdano yw eich bod yn fodlon dysgu pethau newydd, yn meddu ar drwydded yrru lawn yn y Deyrnas Unedig, yn gorfforol heini ac yn barod am waith egnïol, gan fod yn swydd yn gofyn am godi a chario a gweithio yn yr awyr agored.

Yn y swydd hon, byddwch yn casglu clytiau babanod a nwyddau hylendid o gartrefi ledled y sir ar hyd llwybrau penodol, gan ddarparu gwasanaeth graenus a rheoli pob taith gyda’r dechnoleg yn y cerbyd.
Wrth weithio i Gonwy fe gewch chi wyliau hael, cynllun pensiwn a mynediad at gefnogaeth â lles. Fe gewch gyfleoedd hefyd i ddatblygu eich gyrfa a chael boddhad o wybod bod eich gwaith yn gwneud gwahaniaeth go iawn.

Os ydych chi’n barod i dorchi’ch llewys a bod yn rhan o dîm cefnogol, gwnewch gais heddiw ac ymunwch â ni wrth ddarparu gwasanaeth hanfodol i’r gymuned.

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd. Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.
