Summary
We are looking for floating support in the Torbay area for this YP for an initial period or 8 weeks, to start hopefully as soon as possible, with a review at 6 weeks to see how Service User feels is getting on.
The 8 hours is to be split how best Service User feels fit with the floating support worker & would require support with:
- Developing interests / hobbies and accessing local groups/teams such as looking at local volunteering opportunities to get local connection
- Attending Job Centre appointments - note 8 January info session date
- Improving social confidence
- Emotional support such as engaging with Health Services - GP for fit note / medication
- Support with managing correspondence /bills - i.e. Speaking to Westcot (debt management company) about his debt repayment plan and being supported within that
- Signposting and/or referral to other services
