Summary

Reablement - Empowering Independence

Become a pivotal member of our Reablement Team and have a positive impact on individuals' lives post-hospitalisation, and rebuild confidence.

Our goal is to support people to be as independent as possible. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long-term care needs.

With the autonomy to manage your time and schedule, you'll be able to provide bespoke care to individuals in your diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.

You will benefit from invaluable support provided by our Principal Occupational Therapist and have access to a range of opportunities for career progression, like our leadership or coaching programmes.

We’re looking for applicants with an Occupational Therapy qualification, along with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. Holding a valid full UK driver's license is essential, as you'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals.
