Summary
IronBodyFit is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & EMS Coach to join our energetic studio team!
In this exciting dual-role position, you'll be responsible for generating new business through prospection and sales, managing our CRM, and delivering EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) sessions to our members. Don't worry if you don't have EMS experience — full training will be provided .
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Prospecting
- Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Promote EMS training and convert leads into active members
- Use and manage our CRM system to track leads and customer interactions
2) EMS Coaching
- Deliver EMS sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support members during their sessions and track their progress
- Create a positive, motivating experience for each client
3) Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Organized, reliable, and tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus)
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No EMS experience required — full training provided
