We are seeking a skilled and motivated clinician to join our Adult ADHD Assessment Service . This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality assessments and contributing to the care of individuals with ADHD.
This role is central to delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments and supporting individuals through their diagnostic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidelines, including risk assessments and clinical formulations.
• Support with triage and manage new referrals, ensuring timely and effective pathways for assessment and discharge.
• Present assessment findings at multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to diagnostic decision-making.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and deliver evidence-based interventions within professional boundaries.
• Promote recovery-focused care and actively involve service users and carers in the assessment process.
• Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure integrated care.
