Detailed job description and main responsibilities As a values-led member of the Estates team, you will take pride in maintaining safe, compliant environments for service users, staff and visitors. You will work in a practical and collaborative way, with a focus on clear communication and a steady approach to problem solving. You will have: Experience working in Estates or Facilities, or a good understanding of our duties Knowledge of expectations in the healthcare built environment. The confidence to work directly with contractors and colleagues at all levels. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks. A willingness to develop your technical knowledge and gain experience across a broad portfolio of sites.
