Summary
Allensmore Nurseries are recruiting for a number of Seasonal Staff for our Operations team. Work will be based across our three sites.
A detailed overview of the main job requirements are detailed below:-
Potting: This role involves collaborating within a team to utilize potting machines for the purpose of potting plants. This includes operating portable machines at our Madley sites.
Spacing & Bedding down plants: This involves lifting and bedding down potted plants to beds/tunnels across the site.
Dispatch work: Tasks in this area involve processing plants on a conveyor line which require pricing and cleaning before being dispatched.
Mixing Orders: This task involves arranging and collating the priced and clean plants onto trollies specific to the customers requirements.
Production: The Production aspect of the work involves the care and attention to plants, with typical tasks including spacing, cutting back, and pinching.
This detailed breakdown provides a comprehensive understanding of the diverse tasks and work environments that our Operations team are involved in.
You do not need experience as full training will be given. If you have experience, all the better.
Full time hours required including Sunday working.
