Summary
Emporium Restaurant is seeking a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive & Virtual Event Planner to enhance our online presence and plan engaging virtual and digital-led events. This role combines digital marketing strategy with event coordination to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and email platforms
Create engaging content including posts, reels, promotions, and event announcements
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile)
Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare campaign reports
Coordinate online promotions, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising campaigns
Virtual Event Planning
Plan and deliver virtual events, online promotions, and live-streamed experiences (e.g., cooking demos, cultural events, launches)
Coordinate schedules, vendors, platforms (Zoom, Teams, social media live), and digital assets
Manage event registrations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups
Ensure smooth technical execution of virtual events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and/or event planning
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing
Experience using digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM or event platforms
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Basic knowledge of branding, design, and customer engagement strategies
