Communicate regularly with engineers, supervisors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
Oversee engineers’ timelines, ensuring correct task allocation and accurate system updates.
Process returned jobs on the system, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) by reviewing reports and helping plan upcoming tasks.
Stay organised with inbox management, responding promptly and using colour coding or flags for shared mailboxes.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with a wide range of people, including engineers.
Ability to think on your feet and handle fast-paced situations effectively.
Good IT literacy and confidence using computer systems.
