One of the services we offer is a Legal Helpline, which supports our customers, providing all aspects of legal advice when they need it. We are now recruiting for additional team members, based out of our Cardiff offices on a hybrid basis.
In this role you will be speaking to customers by phone, answering to and providing advice on legal questions and queries, with a specific focus on consumer, property, employment and landlord and tenant law. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your legal knowledge and experience, and to grow your Law career. If you’re a recent LPC graduate or an experienced paralegal (with some experience in any of our focus areas), we’d love to hear from you.
