Summary
Service Parts Advisor
Role Description
The Parts Advisor will be responsible for identifying and sourcing parts for vehicle repairs, pricing service work. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement and availability of parts. Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and the internal team will be a key aspect of this role, alongside managing systems and processes related to parts sales and stock control.
Skills
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and build lasting relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Proficiency in Inventory Control, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining stock levels
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software systems
