Summary

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients growing installation team on a permanent basis, covering commercial sites across the London region. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for stability, strong earning potential, and long-term career progression within a well-established business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and commissioning of a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems. While the role is primarily London-based, there will be occasional nationwide travel, fully expensed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial AC systems including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and packaged units
- Fault diagnosis and breakdown response across commercial properties
- Commissioning of new air conditioning systems (preferred but not essential)
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Completing job reports, service documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and on time
- Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
- Representing the company to a high standard at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of commercial AC systems and associated controls
- Commissioning experience (highly desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationally on an occasional basis
