Summary

The Campaign Support Officer (CSO) plays a pivotal role within the Home Office (HO) Digital Accelerator Cell (AC) technical recruitment team. The Accelerator Cell team specialises in the attraction and recruitment of mid to senior level digital and data specialists.

The CSO is a critical role within the team, supporting the planning and delivery of end-to-end recruitment campaigns at pace and scale, to meet HO Digital’s demand and to build civil servant capability to deliver digital services to the Home Office.

As a CSO, you will report to and support the Senior Campaign Manager to proactively drive recruitment campaigns forward, reducing the process and administrative overheads on hiring managers, whilst maintaining responsive and consistently high standards of customer service for both candidates and hiring managers.

Note: You may be required to carry out other duties within the scope of the grade and within the limits of their skill, competence, and training.

Where business needs allow, some roles may be suitable for a combination of office and home-based working. Employees will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of their working time in the office.
