Summary
This course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to assess competence within the construction industry. It covers assessment principles, evidence gathering, workplace evaluation, and quality assurance processes. Participants develop the ability to confidently assess apprentices, trainees, and on‑site workers against industry standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality construction practices.
