A great opportunity has arisen to work within the multi award winning refuse and recycling team at West Lindsey District Council based at our new purpose built depot at Caenby Corner. We currently have an opportunity for Waste Services Supervisor. This post will include management of front-line staff, dealing with customers, investigating incidents, staff appraisals and much more. New and exciting duties that will not only test your management skills but your ability to learn new skills.
If you think you have the requirements to meet the demands of the waste collection industry and are keen to learn new skills, then you may be the one we are looking for. This is a career development post and successful candidates will be given the opportunity to take their career to the next stage by continuous training and development.
