Key Responsibilities:
• Booking in MOTs, services, and repairs
• Welcoming customers and handling enquiries
• Keeping accurate records of costs, quotes, and customer details
• Logging all jobs completed correctly
• Contacting parts suppliers for quotes on new car parts
• Negotiating the best prices to keep costs down
• Communicating clearly with technicians and customers
• Managing phone calls, messages, and emails efficiently
