Summary
Overview:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in recruitment and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
Support senior consultants with vacancy management and client communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Advertise roles and manage responses
Maintain accurate records on internal recruitment systems
Learn negotiation and offer management processes
Training & Development:
Structured training on recruitment processes, sales techniques, and market knowledge
Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced consultants
Clear career progression to Recruitment Consultant and beyond

Qualifications & Experience:
No previous recruitment experience required
Educated to A-level or equivalent (degree desirable but not essential)
