We are a busy Emergency Department based on two sites Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax and the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary seeing approximately 140,000 per annum. Both of our departments have a separate minor injury stream which runs from 08.00 - 23.00 hours daily.

The minor injury service is practitioner led with senior clinician input on site where required.

We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working member of staff to join our friendly and pro-active practitioner lead team.

Our department provides a supportive work environment, and we are committed to staff development.

We are currently going through reconfiguration of both A&E departments. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the development of our minor injuries service in two brand new A&E departments.

Part Time

We seek an individual who has completed their minor injury training and is keen to further develop their minor injury skills and experience.

We are also accepting applications from senior EP's who can start the role at band 7, subject to experience.

We welcome colleagues from allied health professions who have completed their minor injuries accredited course to apply.

The Trust is committed to developing and delivering excellent customer focused service by treating patients, their families, friends, carers and staff with professionalism respect and dignity.
