Our Grounds & Site Maintenance team are the hands-on heroes of the park—keeping everything safe, tidy, and looking its best. From well-kept gardens and play areas to holiday homes, decking, and facilities, you’ll make sure our guests enjoy a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s siting caravans, fixing decking, mowing lawns, or keeping paths clear, no two days are the same.

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. Experience in a similar maintenance or grounds role is ideal, but if you’ve got the right attitude and are quick to learn, we’ll give you the support you need. Skills such as joinery, plumbing, or landscaping are a big advantage. You’ll need to be organised, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weathers. A valid driving licence is essential.

Typical responsibilities include:

· Maintaining all grounds, gardens, play areas, and public spaces to a high standard

· Repairing and landscaping pitches, including decking, patios, and paths

· Assisting with siting and de-siting caravans and lodges

· Safely operating and maintaining mowers, tools, and equipment

· Keeping walkways, fields, and facilities clean, clear, and litter-free

· Ensuring the park always looks attractive, welcoming, and safe for guests and owners

The ideal candidate will have:

· A clean, valid driving licence

· Previous experience in grounds or site maintenance (experience siting caravans is desirable)

· Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, or general maintenance

· Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively

· A hardworking, flexible attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

· Willingness to support the wider park team and adapt as needed
