Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to provide temporary agency support within our Property Department for a 12-week full-time assignment.
Key Requirements:

Prior secretarial or administrative experience (property or FM preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets)

Strong prioritisation and organisational skills

Experience managing Purchase Orders and invoices
Role Overview:

Administrative support to the Property / FM team

Managing POs and invoices
-
Supporting urgent maintenance issues alongside ongoing projects
