Summary
Our client based in the heart of Leighton Buzzard's industrial estate is currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.
Production Operative - Job Duties
- Operating machinery to produce orders to customer specification
- Learning to diagnose & repair common faults with machinery
- Ensuring that machinery is cleaned and maintained throughout shift
- Ensuring that company Health & Safety is followed at all times
Production Operative - Working hours
- Monday - Friday 06:00 - 16:00 / 16:00 - 02:00 on a weekly rotating basis
Production Operative - Pay Rate
- £14.15 per hour for the first 40 hours
- £18.95 per hour for 40+ hours worked Monday - Friday
- £22.73 per hour for all hours worked on a Saturday or Sunday
- £25.26 per hour unsociable hours on the weekends
