We are recruiting an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Haringey, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who require additional behavioural and pastoral support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working in education, ideally within a secondary school setting, who is looking to step up into a more senior pastoral or behaviour-focused role. The role involves working closely with pastoral leaders, SEN staff and teaching teams to help students re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4
- Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement
- Implement behaviour support plans and restorative approaches
- Work closely with pastoral leads, SEN staff and senior leadership
- Support students during lessons, interventions and unstructured times
- Promote positive behaviour, resilience and inclusion

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working in a school environment (secondary setting preferred)
- Proven experience supporting students with behavioural or pastoral needs
- A calm, consistent and confident approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies
- Ambition to progress into senior pastoral, behaviour or inclusion roles

Why Work with Long Term Futures
- Weekly pay - £110-£125 per day
- Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity
- Free CPD including behaviour management, de-escalation and safeguarding
- No day-to-day supply - long-term placements only
- Clear progression routes into Senior Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Lead or Inclusion roles
