Perfect Recruitment is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager for a premium, award-winning seasonal country inn in a beautiful rural location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated hospitality professional with a big personality to step into a key leadership role and make their mark.
The Role:
• Support the General Manager in all day-to-day operations
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
• Assist with recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Deputise in the GM’s absence and drive business performance
About You:
• Strong background in hospitality management, ideally in a food-led environment
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and ready to lead by example
• Big personality with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about fresh food, quality service, and genuine hospitality
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy, high-volume setting
• Ambitious, forward-thinking, and ready to grow with the business
