The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational delivery, compliance, and high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operational activities across travel, cargo, courier, and freight forwarding services
Supervise staff activities, workflows, and performance
Coordinate with airline consolidators, freight agents, couriers, and overseas partners
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational standards
Handle operational issues, customer escalations, and service improvements
Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
Support business growth through effective operational planning
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in an operations management role (travel, logistics, or related sector preferred)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Competent in Microsoft Office and operational system
