What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing expert, 1:1 and small-group SEMH support to pupils aged 11–16
• Collaborating with specialist SEN teachers, therapists, and school leaders
• Implementing personalised learning and therapeutic interventions
• Supporting class integration, emotional regulation, and positive behavioural change
• Contributing to student progress reports, target setting, and pastoral care
• Leading enrichment and resilience-building activities for targeted pupils
